I have been a patient if the department of orthopedics for many years and, currently, a patient of Dr Silvestri. I have received an amazing care by this provider and I fully recommend him to other Veterans. Under his leadership, as the new Chief of Orthopedics, his department has achieved a new level of professionalism and excellence. He he is a Veteran himself and there is no better care than the one from someone alike him. BD

This doctor is amazing. I am an active duty NCO and he save my carear by fixing a shoulder other doctors thought was in good working order. His amazing attention to detail in reading my mri's lead him to see a tear in my labrum that three other doctors missed. All I can say is, I am sorry for the local civilians that cannot seek this doctors care. He is a great doctor and truley listens to his patients when they are seeing him in his office. Post op, he is just as avaliable for you. When I woke in recovery, I saw his smile and a hand shake letting me know that I was okay and I can continue to serve our great nation. Thank you very much Doc. I am 6 months post surgury and my shoulder feels great. In about 3 to 6 months I should be able togo back to full military status. If your a vet and need ortho care seek this man out.
