I have never had a professional behave more rudely than this woman. For that matter, the average stranger on the street is more polite than her. Cutting a patient off while they are describing their concern is inexcusable. I had not finished explaining my first concern when she interrupted and aggressively told me that my symptoms were not relevant, she had already “diagnosed” me and didn’t need to hear it. Since there was clearly no point in trying to address my OTHER concerns with her, I will be paying out of pocket to see someone else, since my insurance covered 2 yr exam was sadly wasted with someone who is not interested in providing care beyond the glasses she prescribes.

She was rude and dismissive and refused to address specific complaints, (or make a REFERRAL to someone who WAS qualified to find diagnose my symptoms). I have never been even been served by anyone that snotty and rude at a gas station - let alone any purported medical 'professional'.

She listens, gives information in laymans terms. She does not make you feel rushed. Would highly recommend her.
