I am new to the area and needed a family doctor. I found Dr Beltran and I am so pleased with her. I came in with an ear infection and she was great. She listened to me and I could tell she cared. I will stay with this wonderful doctor till I move back to the east coast!!AND she is always on time.

Please do not choose this physician if you want to avoid the mental pain and exasperation over settling a claim over small claims court. I was pregnant and their billing department submitted all of my prenatal blood tests under the 'infertility' diagnostic codes, which my health insurance company would not cover. After going through a lengthy appeals and independent medical review process with the Department of Insurance, my claim was repeatedly denied. I ended up paying $2,000 in medical costs which I could not afford due to this physician's incompetence. If you want to save yourself the trauma and mental exhaustion, do not choose this physician Dr. Lori Beltran as your doctor.
