Laurie is exceptional! I don’t even recall how many years I’ve been going to her as my optician. She is patient and takes the time to make sure you’re getting the best prescription. Her exam is thorough and her explanations are concise and clear! I highly recommend her. However, it is a disappointment When the Sparroe professional building site was closed. The staff at that site was exceptional and work together. It was much more personal at the Sparrow professional building compared to the Coolidge Road site. There is a longer wait time to see an optician at the Coolidge Road site as well.
