Dr Lori Marie Crago, MD

I moved here from Rochester Hills, Michigan about 4 years ago and had to seek out a family physician. I did research and chose Dr. Crago, and boy am I glad I did. My first visit with her was a very encouraging and pleasant experience. I am the type of person that does not like taking medications if I absolutely do not have to. When I first met her she asked me about the current medications I was on and why. She said we would work on reducing my meds and she also changed a couple medications because she did not like the ones I was on. Dr. Crago is a very "earthy" type of person whereas she would rather you seek natural alternatives to lifestyle and health if possible. My previous Dr was very pharmaceutical oriented and I can tell you that Dr. Crago is definitely not, and she can help (educate) you to use alternatives if possible. My husband is also a patient of Dr. Crago and he is very happy with her and her staff as well.

I had recently had a very severe and painful medical condition for which I was hospitalized. She said "I do not care if you are in pain, I don't care if you can't eat or sleep because of it, I don't want you on pain medication". When I saw my Primary, she was furious!!

Dr. Crago is the absolutely best and most thorough and caring doctor I have ever had. That says alot since I'm 71.

Accidentally put contact cleaner not saline in my eye, very calm and quick and made sure everything was ok. Thank you.
