Lori Farrell, MD

Excellent is the best word in can use for my provider

She is Chief Medical Officer for Legacy and only practices on two half days a week. I feel very fortunate to have her as my doctor but I know she has no room for new patients.

Doctor Farrell, is a very patience, easy to understand and thorough in examining and explaining causes and procedures to her patients in laymen terms. Sometimes the wait time for Doctor Farrell can be up to an hour or a little over, but to me that means she will provide that same service to you to you. Doctor Farrell, is friendly and always makes me feel comfortable and welcomed when I am seen by her and I feel she is very knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend her to other friends, co-workers, family and people I didn't know but recently met who expressed an interests in looking for a good provider.

I have had Dr. Farrell as my primary physician for over ten years. She has been a steadfast physician even though I have not always been the ideal patient. Her expertise and knowledge base is commendable. I never feel rushed through an appointment and I find Dr. Farrell to be attentive, listens and has good follow up. I thank you, Dr. Farrell, for being there and being you!!!!

If you want warm fuzzy hugs she is not for you. If you want a doctor with great medical skills and knowledge, amazing focus and helpful staff then see Dr. Lori Farrell. In time she will be known as one of the greatest, respected physicians in the Portland area.

I disagree about the quality of DR. Farrell. I want a professional doctor and someone I can trust with my health, not someone who coddles me. Every question I have had has been answered with care. She has even said that I could walk-in at the office if I had an urgent need. Now, this may be my unique situation, but that made me feel like she cared for my well-being.

I find Dr. Farrell uncaring and very business like. I also find her office staff this way also.

Dr. Farrell seems over her head. While she is perfectly nice, her treatment plan for a diagnosis I received was not appropriate. I had to do in depth research and get back to her with an idea for an alternative plan. I expect more from a physician.
