Dr. Lori Lynn Gemma, DO

I respect and like Dr Lori Gemma very much. Have had great care and communication with Dr Gemma. However her office staff has much to be desired. The office staff is unprofessional and inexperienced, also rude. Almost every time I have been there they are eating lunch in the reception office or reading magazines. If they ever got off their chairs to help the doctors or staff it would be amazing. They are not respectful of their superiors. Office manager has difficulty comprehending instructions. She tries to be polite but comes off as trying way to hard. Unfortunately this behavior can ruin your experience with the doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gemma since her completion of her Residency. She is one of few physicians that I have seen for my medical needs that actually listens to the patient, not just in words but observations. She is not quick to recommend medication before she is certain of your medical diagnosis and does not just dismiss your concerns to stress. I am very grateful that I found her.

Dr. Gemma is hands-down the best doctor I have ever been a patient of. She is attentive, answers questions, and takes her time with her patients. Her sense of humor is a welcome change to the loads of very clinical doctors out there.
