Excellent pediatrician

Dr. Krieger is an excellent doctor. She is very caring and knowledgeable. I loved how patient she was will all my concerns with my daughter. Unfortunately, her staff in the front is very rude. I feel I have to be apologetic every time I have a question or concern. I am never treated nicely with a simple greeting. I am sad to say that after many years of taking my children there (8+years) I will be leaving because I no longer feel I have to take the behavior of such a negative staff. I have stayed only because the doctor is great but really I shouldn't have to feel bad every time I encounter her staff.

I recently started taking my child to Dr. Kreiger since moving to the area. We have been to several pediatricians, and she is by far the best. Dr. Kreiger is outstanding in every regard. She is knowledgeable, energetic, and kind. It seems, however, that her staff is overwhelmed. The first clerk you see behind the counter treats parents with rudeness, which is not what parents should have to deal with at a pediatrician's office. I had to give 3 stars instead of 4 due to having to endure such negative attitude from the clerk.

Dr Lori and everyone at her practice are WONDERFUL! She is one of the first people that my second child ever met when he was born and her level of care is excellent. We truly feel like the office is part of our family. No concern is too small and I have known Dr Lori to call me back at 6:30 AM on a Sunday to help calm me down. This office is a rare find and one that we thank God for!

Dr. Krieger is a really wonderful doctor that we trust. She visited me daily when I had both my daughters, she's very passionate and thorough as a physician. They always follow-up after visits and even returns calls.

I love Dr. Krieger she is kind and gives you real information. She knows what to ask for and listens to your needs. My daughter knows her by name and she is only 2 and 1/2 yrs old...

The Doctors are excellent.There are also 2 people in the office that are excellent and CARING, Ana and Bunny.The rest of staff does not have much concern over what your needs are.You are treated like a number and often receive inaccurate info. I feel like our time as a patient in this office has expired. Had another issue when swine flu shots "weren't available" every time I called ( every day ) yet found out later when I called that they were available if you have a certain type of good insurance-which we have good insurance! It shouldn't depend on your Insurance anyways but no one even ASKED!Not as excited about this office as I once was and would NO LONGER recommend them to a friend.

The doctors aren't too into breastfeeding after 12months and they push that way of thinking, not too hard but they do. Other than that I have no issues the staff is great.
