Dr. Lori Ann Leopold, DO

Dr. Lori was very personable, but more importantly she was very understanding, attentive and helpful. It was obvious that she wanted to make sure we address all of my concerns in full. To say I didn't feel rushed is an understatement - I felt heard and taken care of. Would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Lori to a friend of family member.

We had a terrible experience with Lori. She was very arrogant to both myself and my wife. When we questioned her the response was, "do you have a medical degree?". When I go to the doctor I expect to be able to ask questions. Having someone get offensive and rude is not what I expect. I think Lori needs to remeber who the customer is. Doctors like this are what is wrong with the medical industry.

The staff was super friendly when I came in. I was able to download and pre-fill all the forms from the website so I wasn't scribbling things in before my appt. I was in the room before my scheduled time, and Lori was in within a reasonable 5 minutes of waiting. She made sure to check twice, once at the beginning, and once at the end, to make sure I didn't have any questions, or anything else she needed to address. I felt like she got a complete picture of my lifestyle, family history, and that she genuinely cared that I walked away with my questions answered, and feeling good about the resolution. Offered me two options, one with meds, one without, and let me choose what felt right. I would absolutely recommend this office without hesitation. Message system during off hours is a little weird, but just call when they're open and Ang was great to schedule appts with.

I have been a patient of Dr. Leopold for several years now and I am always grateful for her care. She will take all the time you need to discuss and go over your care. She has a "pull up a seat" attitude which makes me feel very warm and welcome in her offices. Her staff is also amazing! Every time I call I can get through and an appointment easily. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend Creekside Family Medicine and Dr. Leopold.

Dr. Leopold is a fantastic, caring, intuitive doctor. She spends more than enough time with me asking questions and discussing what I may be seeing her for today but, also asks questions on how I am doing with issues from prior visits. Her bedside manner is happy, positive and cheerful.Not that I want to go see the doctor but, I look forward to doctors visits with her unlike some other medical offices that I have visited that were nothing more than a cattle call.

Receptionist was on the phone as I arrived. I stood there with my check-in stuff, not knowing if she was going to be off soon or what. She never even acknowledged me. Sort of a bad first impression... But I liked the docshe seemed competent and caring.
