Dr. Steiner has had the pleasure of serving the Charlotte community and helping patients for over 30 years. “My goal,” says Dr. Steiner, “is to help patients achieve improved oral health and appearance, while also promoting overall patient health. I have dedicated myself to providing my patients with outstanding care using state-of-the-art technology and a personal approach.” Dr. Steiner’s patient have benefited from the hundreds of hours of continued dental education in new and advanced techniques including training at the world renowned Pankey Institute for advanced dentistry. He has also been featured on local television and radio stations and in local publications on issues related to dentistry.
Dr. Steiner, a native New Yorker, graduated from the New York University College of Dentistry and did his postdoctoral residency at New York Polyclinic Medical School …and Hospital. After two years as an active duty dentist in the Navy he moved to Charlotte and started his practice. His duty to his country was his inspiration to serve in the U.S. Naval Reserve for over 26 years, retiring with the rank of Captain. He is currently the Charlotte Regional Coordinator for the U.S. Naval Academy Blue and Gold Program, where he is involved with the recruiting and counseling of high school students interested in becoming Naval Academy Midshipmen.
Dr. Steiner’s Advanced Training includes snoring and sleep spnea treatment, Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJ), cosmetic and implant dentistry and founder of the Charlotte Center for Fresh Breath.
Along with providing optimal patient care and giving back to the community, Dr. Steiner believes in the importance of “taking care of oneself “ and making time for family. He enjoys swimming, cycling, and running. Over the years he has entered many marathons, triathlon competitions and finished Ironman Germany and Ironman Brazil. He and his wife Renee have two daughters, and three granddaughter’s Areila, Adina and Siona. Both daughters have followed their father’s footsteps and have careers in the medical field.
