I was seen by Dr Schmerling at my local ER and was very happy to have had her as my doctor. There was little to no wait and I was able to get the help that I needed really quick.

Would give her zero stars if I could. Very unprofessional with absolutely no bedside manner or compassion. Unfortunately because she was the doctor on duty at University Hospital in Davie, Florida, I would never use that hospital again. Reviews on other sites confirm my experience with her.

WORST DOCTOR EVER. SHE TREATED ME REALLY BAD. Went to ER with so much pain she sent me home with unknown abdominal pain no scans no nothing.

Misdiagnosed a kidney stone even though I perfectly explained my symptoms, history of stones, and a CT scan showed the stone. She prescribed me three meds for UTI. I passed the stone a day later. Hard to believe someone can be so incompetent and stubborn.

Saying that Dr. Lori Schmerling is a horrible Doctor, with absolutely no bedside manor, would be an understatement. She is a cold hearted sadistic, sociopath, with not an ounce of compassion. She does not care the least bit for her patients. Stay far, far way from her!!!

Very Rude, and unprofessional did not answer none of my mothers questions, and treated her like crap. Did not care that my mom left the ER with the same pain she came in.
