Dr. Lori Ann Shipsky, MD

not impressed

Dr. Shipsky has always been patient and compassionate with my children. She listens, takes her time, explains what's going on, and I trust her advice. She takes a personal interest in my children's welfare and has a great rapport with them. I can't say enough about how much we love her.

My wife and I have said it before and will say it again Dr. Lori Shipsky is truly an amazing Dr. she has a heart of gold and treats our daughter and son as if they were her own. She is honest, kind , patient and genuine. She is always looking out for the best interest of our children. She makes us feel totally comfortable and no question is to silly. She takes time to make sure all your questions are answered and she stays with you until you are completely comfortable with the answers. We can never thank her enough for helping shape us to be the parents we are today and continuing to ensure us that we are doing a great job and giving us confidence each time we leave her office. We 100% recommend Dr. Lori Shipsky for your child.

I myself am in the healthcare field and I cannot say enough good things about Dr Shipsky. She is not only very knowledgeable but compassionate. She explains things in ways that are easily understandable/relatable. Every visit, she goes above and beyond her call of duty for both my teenager and my toddler. She spent hours of her own time on a Friday night helping me with my son. I don't know of another doctor that would do this. It wasn't a obligation and she didn't have to be asked to do this, she just truly cares about the well being of her patients. I trust her judgement and treatment without any doubt.

As a covering doctor she was reluctant to treat my daughter and thus my daughter progressively got worse with fevers increasing - her response was we should worry at 106 - for 25lb 3year old twin a temp of this level would be far to scary. Please go elsewhere if you want help for you sick child

Completely unhappy with this arrogant . I would never go back to him. She was not considerate of me. Hardly cared. Just tried to rush me through. Save yourself some time and money. Go to someone else. Billing staff Donna is the worst person I have ever seen

Poor service and more concentration on Billing

This doctor has no respect towards new young mothers. Also there was a long wait to see her an her unfriendly attitude. I do NOT recommend this doctor!

Dr. Shipsky worked together with CYS to have our grandson taken away by police, 3 to 4 officers showed up to tear the baby away from his mother for no just reason,it has been a nightmare for our family ever since that day in April. He was taken to a foster home 2 hours away from us, again this was due to a missed appointment and forgetting a diaper bag. So please rethink before using this Dr.

Dr. Shipsky called CYS due to one missed appt and a forgotten diaper bag. CYS and 3 to 4 Dickson City police officers showed up and removed my grandson from his mothers care. Be aware that this is NOT the first time Dr. Shipsky has notified CYS for a child to be taken away from his/her family. I would rethink bringing your child to this doctor. (Note* my grandson was not underweight nor abused in any way shape or form)
