I HAVE BEEN SEEING DR.UTECH FOR OVER15 YEARS. SHE IS AN EXCELLENT DR.,VERY PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING. SHE DOES EVERYTHING SHE NEEDS TO DO AND MAKE YOU COMFORTABLE AND HAS EXCELLENT BEDSIDE MANNERS. IF FOR SOME REASON WHAT SHE IS TREATING YOU FOR, DOESNT SEEM TO WORK, SHE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A SPECIALISTSAND FOLLOWS UP ON THE SITUATION.

unfriendly, rude office staff, nursing staff is somewhat better, but this is not the Dr practice it once was. Getting an appointment has become a joke, and thoroughness has been lost. She is a caring, sweet person but patient overload seems to have taken its toll.

Horrible attitudes. Absurd wait. I would call ahead to double check availability for TB test options and when I showed up at the specified times was told the office wasn't able to do the test. WhileWaiting in waiting room could hear "nurses" talking about patients who had just left. Very unprofessional.

Have been a patient for over 10 years. initially liked this dr a lot because she was caring, always gave me options for treatment. lately[last 3-4 years] has been increasingly difficult to schedule an appointment in timely manner, and last few visits have seen nurse practitioner instead of waiting for weeks. when i am there, seems i don't have her full attention. i have a intermittent but chronic med problem, and it took outside research on my part and several emergency room visits before she recommended i see a specialist. specialist diagnosed problem and put me on lifetime meds, and said i should have been tested/diagnosed long ago based on my history. two other physicians also said the same when hearing my history. also after a traumatic injury, she sent me to phys therapy instead of to a specialist, painfully delaying needed surgery. when i was not progressing in phys therapy, did some research on my own and determined i was a clear candidate for surgery, went back for… second visit with her, that she recommended i see surgeon. surgeon said - this was a no-brainer - people injured at your age, more than 50% will require surgery.... i have changed physicians, but am sorry to report that the level of care has seemed to drop off so much. I really used to like and respect her approach, and tried to make it work. But I shouldn't have to be second guessing my dr. to get to the right specialists when I really need them...

Dr. Lori has been my doctor for many years. She cares about me as a person and I feel she is my friend as well as my doctor. Last year I had a major heart attack. Didn't think I wouldpull through...but I did...due to my doctors care, attention and follow up. She is truly the greatest and I am so lucky that she is my doctor.

I have been seeing this doctor for several years and while i overall find her knowledgable and caring, it seems in recent visits they are overbooked, spend less time with me, and i have had trouble getting followup questions answered after I leave the office.
