Lorimel Adeline Lopez-Culanag

I am incredibly disappointed with RN Lorimel Lopez-Culanag, this office and the staff. While I, literally, have had less than 5 very brief interactions with my PCP and office staff, it was was more than enough to go searching again for a more caring, comprehensive, cohesive and competent primary healthcare team. The MA's and office staff communicate incorrect information in such a delayed manner that it requires me to follow up multiple times where I received different answers every time for the same questions. Prescriptions were worse! Lorimel REPEATEDLY failed to include all required information within multiple of my prescriptions where the pharmacy was unable to fill them for at least 2 weeks (and that's a generous guesstimation). One of the calls I made, someone put me on hold for 5-6 mins picked up, said something snarky before I could finish my sentence then rudely hung up. I was so disgusted and beside myself that I didn't even bother calling back to run the risk of encountering… that person again. RN Lorimel was a past nursing colleague of mine whom I thought was a good nurse and had previously received good feedback from our patients. It was one of the main reasons I initiated PCP care for myself and wife, expecting the same patient and humanity care but I am incredibly disappointed. Can't even acknowledge her as an NP because she failed her initial role, responsibility and title as an RN. No comprehensive exam was done with me or my wife despite us being new patients. Hearts and lungs are ok but did not address other complaints. I cannot begin to fully describe the suffering and stress caused by Lorimel and this office. What's worse is that care was only established less than 3 months before being dismissed because I called her out on how she failed me. I hope that no other patient being cared for by this office experiences the horrid care, lack of professionalism, gas-lighting, negligent and dishonest behavior towards patients that my wife and I experienced.
