He is a wonderful doctor. Explains everything in terms one can understand. I get great results!!

Very uncaring, full of himself and rude individual. His staff is very disrespectful and demeaning to patients. Sells masks to unsuspecting patients, prescriptions direct you to a third party website.

My experience was - Very opinionated, uncaring, and insensitive.

Sadly, I agree with the more negative comments. He is indeed rude, arrogant & dismissive. He shows no TLC/bedside manner. Contrary to others I thought the staff was kind. Extra obnoxious- if you don’t have a mask they will sell you one for a buck! Also long waiting times.

I'd like to reiterate what one of your former patients said. Dr Graf is extremely abrupt curt and impatient. He abruptly cuts you off when you're trying to ask a question. He is condescending and appears to have a superiority complex. It's my feeling that when you go to a physician you should be able to be able to state your complaints and ask your questions. I accompanied a friend of mine, who is a patient there. Although I found Dr Graef to be competent, he would be the last physician I would use if I had a neurological a problem. As a physician, you should be trained to listen not over talk your patient. I have never been in a position before, where I felt the physician was so distasteful. Look around before you pick Dr Graef.

He is distant with no respect for his patients. It’s his way or the highway- he gets angry if you ask him a question and is very condescending.He has no compassion for his patients and is extremely rude with a superiority complex.

RoughFor Wish I saw Dr. Graef first. He is one of the brightest physicians I ever had the pleasure of seeing. I’ve been going to him now about 3 years and find him not only brilliant, but thorough, skillful and easy to talk to. His staff regardless of other comments have been professional. Wait time can sometimes be long, but he apologizes and explains the reasons. I also appreciate his great sense of humor and excellent bedside manner. He looks at all possibilities of disease without being asked. I find that amazing.

Dr. Graff is caring, thorough and up-to-date. I would recommend him to anyone.

For starters, his office staff is just brutal. Rude, condescending, and abrupt are the adjectives that are most fitting. As for Dr. Graef, something of a mixed bag. He took a very thorough history and appears to have at least a soupcon of clinical competence. However, his conduct and demeanor raise a number of concerns. First, he is very aggressive in ordering tests. I don't have sufficient data to accuse him outright of profiteering but referral to answer a very narrow clinical question morphed into a comprehensive and expensive workup. Not conclusive yet a huge red flag. Also, he seems not to understand the nature of a healthy doctor-patient relationship. Like his staff, he is rude and condescending and bristles when his judgment is questioned. Is unable or unwilling to answer very reasonable questions about his recommendations for testing or treatment. Apparently believes that patients come to him for advice which must be obeyed. Contrary opinion or even reservations… about his directives are looked upon as "roadblocks" (his description). No doubt he gets it right some of the time. But in my experience, a doctor who isn't open to differing medical opinions is a danger to his patients. On the basis of the foregoing, he has been dismissed.

Dr. Graef is an excellent diagnostic physican. I suffered from horrible back pain for two years and started to use a walker when I met him. When he looked over my records he noticed that I had MRI on my back but not my entire back. He orded a full mri on my whole back and found that I had been growing a tumor in the middle of my back. He got me an appointment with a famous surgeon and was immediately operated on. She told me after the operation that I had just four days left or I would be a cripple and bound in a wheel chair for the rest of my life.
