My experience with this doctor couldn't be more different than the other review. I found this doctor abrasive and rude. She would not listen, nor did she seem to care, about my problems or concerns. Everyone else who was assigned to her in my unit all either wanted to switch to another doctor or had already switched. Doctors are supposed to listen, be compassionate and helpful. This woman would not listen, she was borderline downright mean and she diagnosed me incorrectly and would not listen to me when I explained the real root of my problems. I would NEVER recommend this woman. This is probably why she works in a clinic - because no one in their right mind would use her for their doctor if they had to willingly drive to her office to see her on purpose!

Im am very picky about who I speak with as far a psychiatry goes. They usually just look in their charts and push medication. Dr.Berger listened to me, she looked at me, she cared and she let me know she understood.For the first time i felt a connection with another human being who had the power to help me. I will be forever grateful to Dr.Berger, I wish there were more like her.
