Shoddy office

I have been seeing Dr. Hutchings for many years. I travel 40 minutes to see her. I trust my health with her. She is amazing!'

I am a patient of Dt F since he could not see me they scheduled me with her (I was excited to see a female doctor) I will never see her again. Very rude to me + left door opened to yell at her staff "why she was seeing me when I was not her patient"...I thought WOW, not acceptable. Not to mention my blood pressure went 160/? ! I have worked for MD's 22 years and DC's 8 years I know what I talk about. My money will spend with a Dr worthy. NOT HER ;-)

Dr. Hutchins is a great doctor, who always tries to avoid unnecessary medications and to find the correct lifestyle changes. The nurses are all extremely friendly and solicitous, and show genuine concern for me. The only issue is that Dr. Hutchins is extremely busy, and it can be difficult to get an appointment with her at short notice. There are two other doctors in the practice, but I would prefer to be seen consistently by my doctor.

Wonderful caring physician. She listens and is in no rush to get you in an out of the office. Very proactive on your care. Caught my breast cancer early (age 37) and would definately recommend her.

Dr. Lorraine Hutchings' office is the worst in all of the Pittsburgh area. The doctor is irresponsible and can not correctly relay to her staff which tests she prescribes. She can not correctly read a physical form the average college student receives. The entire staff is awful. Customer service skills do not exist in the office of Montour Family Healthcare. Everyone is so grumpy and rude. If you ask for a copy of any paperwork (or any simple task), the staff will act with a major attitude as if it will take hours instead of seconds. Do not put yourself or any family members through this disaster of a healthcare office.
