I’ve been waiting for about two hours for each visit, and the visits are completely useless. The entire time is spent on going over my medications list even though there have never been any changes.

I was referred to her by my gyn for a preconception appointment. We waited two hours in the waiting room. Not too much of a problem for us, but I felt awful for the pregnant woman and her family waiting whose appointment was after ours! The Dr. seemed thorough and I didn’t have any problems with her. I had some follow up questions so I used the internal messaging email service and after waiting a month and sending two more messages and two phone calls, I got a nurse to call me back, give me my test results, and hurriedly ask what my questions were. I didn’t feel comfortable with this interaction or the whole situation and will likely be finding a new practice.
