Dr. Lorraine B Ospina Herrera, MD

Excellent dr , she always help me last minute and my son next day is in good condition. Thanks Lorraine very happy that I found you because as a single mom is always nice to have someone to care for your son .

She's super friendly and very up close and personal, she has a very different approach on patients well being, meaning she's very hands on and always on top of her game

She is an awesome doctor and is always accurate with her diagnosis.

The staff at the doctor's office is rude and brusque. Its not worth even trying to call to get an appointment, they don't care. First its a miracle to even talk to another person, you'll be put on an infinite hold and then they are rude and in a rush. Office is clearly understaffed and un trained. Its not worth the hassle and anxiety of dealing with an angry adult when you worried about your sick child.

Waited about 1hr and 20 mins, spent less than 10 mins with the Dr. She seemed to be in a big hurry and I was unable to talk to her about other concerns I had. Staff was nice and office seemed clean.

I would highly recommend Dr. Lorraine Ospina-Herrera to any Mom and/or Dad. Our entire visits have been Awesome. She is easy to talk to about our concerns as new parents, she greets us with care and love as a mom herself and our childs doctor. She provides us with simple parent-to-parent explanation and detailed information as the doctor. She follows up with us how our baby is doing. We feel that Dr. Lorraine Ospina-Herrera is taking the journey with us as new parents which can be overwhelming at times.
