Dr. Lorraine Everrette Williams, MD

My last visit to the office I was told my pregnancy was not viable. I called the following morning to make an appointment for the D&C procedure and was told by office staff that I would get a call back that day which I didn't. I called back towards the end of the day and was informed that there still trying to work on getting me an appointment and that Dr. Williams is under some kind of suspension at Forest Hills Hospital where that procedure was to take place. She told me that she would not be in the office the following day but assured me that she would have someone get back to me in the morning. The following morning I received no call so I decided to call them and was told by another office staff that they would have someone call me back in about an hour which they did. The lady I spoke to informed me that they were still having difficulty scheduling the appointment due to the suspension. She asked if I can wait until that following Friday which was another week away I told her no… I don't want to do that. She then said to me that she spoke to Dr. Williams and she said if I start bleeding to just go the hospital. I ended the call and was completely appalled at the lack of sympathy and professionalism the office had. I will no longer go there or suggest anyone to become a patient there.

I went to her a few years ago, I just found out she removed my right ovarie with out my consent...she also left my diagnosis via voicemail...I would be very skeptical to have her as a gyn Dr. Untrustworthy and a fraud..to say the least .

I’m pregnant with my third child and scheduled my initial appt with Dr.Williams. I was the last appointment of the day and patiently waited for Dr.Williams to see the patients before me. When I was called into the room, I was surprised to see a doctor that I did not know walk into the room. I asked if Dr.Williams would be coming in to see me. I was told that she would be in shortly. The doctor asked me a few questions about my pregnancy and she left to check on Dr. Williams. She came back and said that Dr.Williams was working on a patients Insurance issue and could not see me. I was very upset because my appointment was with Dr.Williams and the insurance problem should have been handled after I left. After my appointment with this doctor that I did not know, I left the room and observed Dr. Williams sitting at the front desk with the receptionist discussing another patients insurance issue. She smiled at me, but did not say a word or apologize. I felt as though she was more… concerned with being paid by the other patients insurance then seeing me. I was very disappointed because I am very excited about my pregnancy and wanted to see a familiar doctor. She was very unprofessional by not seeing me and not speaking with me. I don’t plan on making any future appointments because she doesn’t value her patients.

The people are the front desk has got to be the most unprofessional staff I have ever meet. The day after my doctors visit I called the office because my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy and they had me on hold so long that I had to hang the phone up. I call led back and no one answered. They are very loud, while the patients are quietly waiting. If you want ghetto and unprofessional this is the place to go. I was also in there for almost 4 hours .

Dr Williams was very friendly and nice. She made me feel comfortable and easy to talk with. Her staff were very nice too. Dr. Williams is very professional at what she does. She a very good gyn.

Dr williams is the best doctor! The only problem is her wait time. Everybody loves to see her snd will wait to do so.

Dr. Williams, is a very caring doctor, she listens to what her patients have to say, her bedside manner is beyond excellent. Dr. Williams, make you feel so comfortable , she explains everything and always makes herself available after hours to return your call. I just started seeing her about two months, she is truly a blessing, I finally found the right GYN.

dr lorraine is very good and expereince doctor she is such a friendly and cheerful person .from the beginning of my pregnany till the day of my delivery she was too good .because of her she made my delivery less painful and more fun and also i have no complaints about the staff for me everyone was great.
