Dr. Williams has been awesome. She just recently did my son's tubes in both ears and she was AWESOME! I have struggled with this issue for years prior to being referred to her and I was amazed at how quickly she got things handled for us. I would recommend her to anyone. She is very professional, friendly and very helpful.

Dr. Williams put tubes in my son’s ears, which I’d been trying to have done for 9 years! Dr. Williams also removed my daughters tonsils. She is committed to resolving the issues! My children enjoy going to see her because she interacts with them very well. She explains what’s going on and the different things that can be done. I’m so thankful my children are her patients!

Dr. Williams is a very skillful doctor. She is always kind and considered during my office visits. She has been treating me for 4 years. I highly recommend her as a doctor.

Dr. Williams will have time for you until after your surgery. If you have problems, you will have to wait until your scheduled visit. After my surgery I called several times complaining of green mucous, chronic cough and trouble breathing, but I was told to see my primary doctor. Ended up going to another ent and had a staph infection. Even my new ENT ask me if she was a seasoned doctor because she never even completed a culture or performed a nasal endoscopy before requesting I have surgery. She books her appointments so full, you won't be able to get in for months. Please , please, please go to someone else if you care about your health. If I had not gone to another ent, my staph infection could have been fatal.

It took over a month to get appointment and then the day before my appointment it was moved out another week. When I did fin ally get to see the dr. I waited over an hour to get to the exam room. The nurse was so uninterested as if I was just bothering her with the reason of why I needed to see the doctor. I was then left in the exam room for almost an hour. I finally got the nurse attention and was told the the dr was running behind. When the dr did finally come in, she spent less then 10 minutes with me and was very rude. Snappy would be the word I would use. At the check out the staff had no smile about them as if it bothered them that I had to stop at their desk to check out. I will not be back. Dissatisfied and disappointed.
