Dr. Lorrie Margaret Oksenholt, DO

I've been a patient for a few years, I like her a lot, caring, listens and doesn't make you feel rushed.

I saw her a few times and even did my pap smear with her. She was so kind and understanding and spent a long time talking to me. I would love to go back to her but her billing office assumes that the insurance won't pay for anything so they bill it incorrectly (insurances ends up paying after I get them to resubmit correctly). Good luck even getting someone on the phone to book an appointment too, they often don't pick up despite having several phone girls. If you leave a voicemail they won't call back for 2 days at least. The waiting room stinks and is so ugly and makes me feel like I'm just a number. Then when you try to call up and ask to speak to the doctor or even have her answer a simple question, you get some snarky and rude lady demanding that you come in and also that my judgments for how I feel are totally incorrect vs her rude assessments (I don't even think she was a nurse!). Like I said, I would LOVE to go back to Lorrie, but not until she is no longer at this awful… group!
