I have been taking my children to this place for years, only because It is so hard to find psychiatric providers. I also love of Andrea Polk. She is awesome with us and I wish she were with another practice. The office staff is UNCARING and the lady who runs the place is rude and refuses to return phone calls. Her name is Pat Hallworth and she is actually a provider there! I tried for MONTHS to call her and left several messages, both on the phone and in person to the office staff about a refund that I was due because I had over paid. I was told she was the only one who could help me. When I went up there and demanded to see her, Pat actually told me that if I was going to be rude then I won't be able to come back! What a joke! Now I'm trying to get my son's prescription filled for mail order (because my insurance has required this) and they have not responded to the requests. When I called to ask for this the lady told me that it had been too long to get more meds. First of all, I… have plenty of refills and don't need more. I just need the simple form filled out. Secondly, I always come back when Andrea tells me to. This was after THEY called ME to reschedule his appointment because Andrea was going to be out. Of course, the next available appointment was not for a while. Not a problem until you tell me I'm over due for my appointment and can't get meds for my son! Andrea, please move to another practice! I love you but I hate everything else about this place!

I would recommend her to anyone especially parents of children with ADHD
