Dr. Lotus Ahmed, DO

Dr. Lotus Ahmed goes above and beyond as a doctor. I initially came here because I saw her shining reviews on Google and ZocDoc and what they say really is true. She is very thorough, she listens to you, and explains everything that she will do and is doing in the moment. She is non-judgmental and extremely professional and caring. I like that I can text the office questions and get answers at a time appropriate from them when it's not so urgent. She even called me to follow up with me when I was concerned about a condition I had to go to the ER for. I've been here where I have to wait over an hour to see her (with an appointment) and I've been here where I've waited only 20 minutes. Either way, I come prepared knowing that she may be very busy so I bring a book or something to work on as well as schedule appointments where I do not have to be anywhere immediately after. Tip: Bring cash to pay for your visit to avoid any surcharges and fees you would have to pay extra by card.

she's not impressive. Yes, her facility is clean, but she wasn't knowledgeable. Also, she is kinda fake.

Very thorough. She explains everything to you so you clearly understand what she's saying. She also listens to what you say about how you feel and takes it into serious considerations. Excellent doctor!
