He was listed as the primary physician for my father who was at ignite rainbow. For this reason the ME reached out to him and asked him if he would sign my father's death certificate. He said yes! At that point he had 72 hours to get it signed. We had no communication from him after the funeral home got the death certificate paperwork sent over on 02/19/2026. The funeral director called this office 9 times I called once when she let me know they couldn't get a response from him. That same day which was about 3 weeks after my father died, he says he won't sign because my dad wasn't his patient...but again he's on the paperwork as primary. My dad sat in a funeral home morgue for weeks because we couldn't get him cremated without his death certificate. He died 02/18/2026 we finally got him cremated 03/12/2026 after he was reassigned back to the ME and they sent over the LOD. All of these problems were thanks to him and his incompetent employees. Do not trust this man with your health or… your loved ones death!

Do not expect this doctor to be accurate or responsive. He submitted the wrong cause of death on my father’s death certificate & will not return my phone calls about correcting it.

I found his staff to be very misleading in the Geriatric care he could provide for my mother. He is someone who "specializes" in alot of little things, but has zero special training in the elderly adults as was shared with us. We won't be doing that again. Don't take the bait.
