Waited over an hour for my apt! Then nurse complained about other patients while she was taking my vitals. Horrible bedside manner and clinic.

all i can say is that i hope someday he or his brother or their family is treated the way they treat people...it is all about the ego ..you have to deal with the ego...not the problems at hand..and good grief if you question them..they need alot of help in understanding the word doctor and truly what it means...it is just not about money and their time..this is the profession they chose...too much ego..not enough of caring,understanding and true compassion...this is a true business in the world of today...too bad..thought they would be better at their jobs

Dr. Civitarese is very thorough and takes the time to make sure you are ok. I feel they are very proactive in their practice and have complete confidence in them.

Absolutely the best family care doc. for both myself and my children. Could not be happier. Straight shooter will tell you like it is.

Sick with what I believe to be strep-throat for the second time this winter. Previously I went directly to the E.R. because their office was not open, but this time I had an appointment with Mr. Civitarese's in-house nurse practitioner, Linda Reh. Overall treated me with disrespect, seemed to not even be listening to what I had to say, and refused to prescribe me anything for my pain or anything to treat my strep-throat. Was supposed to receive a call back about my rapid strep test, DID NOT. I finally called them back to be told that my test came back negative (which is the same result the E.R. obtained, however, strangely enough the E.R. HAD NO PROBLEM ADMINISTERING TREATMENT ANYWAY) and because the test was negative they "will not prescribe anything - antibiotics or otherwise." Explained acetaminophen and ibuprofen were not controlling my pain, and was told "Take more, it is against the doctor's philosophy to prescribe narcotic pain medication". OVERALL RECOMMEND YOU CHOOSE ANOTHER… DOCTOR, YOU WILL NOT BE TREATED, HOWEVER YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR THE USELESS VISIT.
