Dr. Louis R Depalo, MD

My mom saw Dr. DePalo and he treated her for an illness for about 7 years. I never liked him, as arrogance can also show that you only know what you know and don't dig a bit deeper into a disease. I always believed my mom was ill from 1 thing and he never believed me. My mom passed away and I see that I can't find any stain testing based on the pathology report. And when someone is ill inside their entire body, tell the patient that you're a pulmonologist and don't rule out testing suggestion that your colleagues bring up. I'm sure he's very useful for many patients, but I don't believe that he did anything extraordinary for my mom. He was good showing concern for her kidneys.

Me my self & other members of my family had used dr depalo We don't have the real words to bring out all his specialtys The way of explaining the problem & the plan of treatment Explaining every concern patient & family no matter how many ? When all drs said that my grandfather doesn't have to manny days laft he came in went through all reports & said just take it easy its not that bad & started doing every effort & techniques other drs wasn't even thinking & he was alive for a long long time thanks to dr depalo Anyone who has pulmonary issues just get a appointment by him & u will avoid lots of suffering & lots of time running to so many drs

I don’t believe all those bad reviews were written by different people. He is a brilliant diagnostican, his assistant Jena is lovely, the office staff is very professional. If you suspect lung cancer he is the best!

I am now 12 years cancer free of lung cancer for which I thank Dr. Depalo. My case had some unusual "glitches" which he latched on to; correcting the wrong diagnosis (i.e; left lung, not the right, written up as having the tumor)... and, prescribing the removal of my lower left lobe to prevent any possible "floating" cancer cells into other areas. His bedside manners were exceptional, especially as other "issues" arose after surgery. He and his recommended surgeon (unfortunately I am not certain of his name so will not submit) came together in my best interest (rather than their convenience) at the time to expedite the follow-up surgery, after what was thought to be a non-malignant biopsy. I thank both as I live cancer free and enjoy my three grandchildren to date... 6, 7, and 11. He and his team are exceptional. God Bless them.

Dr. Depalo is a reliable excellent doctor. He was very nice and attentive. If you have lung issues or something else you have an issue with I strongly recomend him.

Dr. Depalo's care and treatment of my Mother was beyond exemplary. He diagnosed what 6 others had failed to see and was careful & clear in explaining all aspects of treatment & expectations. He took time to explain everything clearly and to hear our worries and concerns. He is a true healer & a brilliant, caring man. I've never met another physician with more clarity & kindness.

Dr Depalo is a great doctor. Very down to earth, smart and truthful! Both girls at the office were very helpful, professional and caring. I would recommend this doctor to anyone. I truly enjoyed the whole experience.
