Nurse laid into me after 4 days of no sleep when I called because I needed more Xanax. Dr promised in beginning that if he took me off them he'd ease me off. I had seizures before from just that. Well they were mad that I wasn't taking MORE than prescribed. Breakfast, lunch, dinner....then take one for....my bed? It did help my situation but sometimes I just didn't need 4 or fell asleep before taking. This was called non-compliance by him and his nurse. Instead of being happy that I took less of this most addictive drug, they were mad. Went to Monday appointment and when I walked in, his face was already red. Like anger or prepared to fight. Well I put my empty bottle on his desk, said "compliance." Sat back then he went into a litany against me about taking meds. Then about THREE missed appointments two I called for, one i assumed was canceled because I refused the drug that one was for(to be blood tested ) but since I refused the medicine, there shouldn't have even been an… appointment. Either way a patient with PTSD, Bi-Polar depression, borderline personality disorder, and panic attack disorder who was calm was left shaking from anger. I don't know how I controlled myself. Anyway that leads to now when I asked my psychologist if it would be possible to see another doctor. Just got an email from this pos Dolinar saying he is dropping me. That I should find someone soon because of the possible seizures. Obviously having an emotional reaction to my request, but here I sit now extremely nervous because I have to HURRY to find another doctor before I start having seizures after I run out. use this site or others to find better.

I have seen dr.dolinar a few times. He has helped my faith in a psychiatrist. I usually do not care for one. WhIle you speak to him I feel he listens. He is very experienced I feel he listens and cares more than you may think. He has to see you severall times and feel you out. Psyciatry is very complex. But he wants to help. I feel that 100%. Keep with him. Be honest with him. Let him help you. Also what impressed me _ talk staff that work with him. When they can enjoy working with him and respect him you have something.
