Dr. Louis Fulton, MD

Dr. Fulton is the best psychiatrist there is. He knows his stuff and is very experienced. My family has used him for years and there is no one better out there.

While my son was under the care of Dr. Fulton he contacted me because I had concerns pertaining to my son's medication. Dr. Fulton did not listen to my concerns or questions at all and would only repeat the same line as an answer which was that my son was on the highest dose possible for him at the time which did not address the question that I was asking him. I had been asking Dr. Fulton to JUSTIFY the potentially dangerous amount of a particular medication that he had prescribed to my child and unfortunately none of my concerns were addressed since he would only repeat that one particular answer like parrot and once he realized that the person he was speaking to was informed and intelligent in the area of mental health medication he hung up on me and in no way during the call did I become belligerent or say anything that would warrant anyone to halt the phone call. Dr. Fulton in my opinion is the kind of doctor who feels that he is always correct and looks upon anyone who dares to… questions his practices with disdain and contempt and that outlook is only made more dangerous to his patients with the fact that he refuses to listen to them and their well founded concerns.

Dr Fulton acts out of his scope of practice and diagnoses everyone with bi polar. Please get a second opinion if he diagnoses.
