I've been with Heyl Family Practice since Dr. Frank (Dad Heyl) was there. Never once did I come away without feeling cared for, and all my questions/concerns were addressed. It really is a "family" practice, and very glad to know Dr. Lou and his staff.

The Dr refused to be involved in the care process and made others in his group take care of all of the things he should have been responsible to do. You should not trust your care in this practice.

Doctor Heyl is an excellent doctor. He and all his staff are the best I have ever seen. The Nurse Practitioners are also the bestbest. We Love Nurse Nancy! I usually see Dr. Don but have seen Dr. Heyl numerous times so, I know he is an excellent doctor as well. My life and, health is because of this extremely caring staff. Would not be here today were it not for these people.

I have been going to doctor Heyl for 8 years, he is a wonderful PCP. His staff is also great and friendly. You can see one of the two doctors or the nurse practitioner. I had to switch benefits a the beginning of the year and had to find a new PCP... It was a horrible experience... Now we switched benefits again and I am back with Dr. Heyl!

Dr. Heyl gives you the time you need. He is very kind and caring. He doesn't hesitate to refer or consult a specialist. Very thorough and wise physician. My family and I have been his patients for 20 years.

Certain members of his staff are exceptional. Nancy and tracey are great! Both doctors are great men as well. Would recommend them to anyone.

I think Dr. Heyl is a wonderful Doctor. He is very caring & will treat you according to whatever your problem is. If needed, he will suggest that you see a specialist. I have been going to him for several years and my family goes to him also.

This doctor rarely takes blood pressure readings, I would not recommend this doctor. The office staff is unfriendly and rude.
