He told me what he thought my problem was and showed me my ct scan he was direct and to the point

I took my daughter to CHC believing she had a kidney stone. They put a referral in for her to have a CT scan. It took 3 weeks for them to call to set it up. Needless to say we ended up in a he ER (the day before they called to set up a time to do the scan). We received a call the next day from Urology asking us to come in at 7:45AM the next day and to prepare for surgery. Dr. Louis was wonderful and gave us options but also gave us his recommendation.

I have had confidence in Dr. 'Louie' since he first arrived at GRMC. Unfortunately, I have moved out of the area and will no longer be able to use his services. He is likeable and in my opinion a good doctor.

Dr. Louie is very to the point and will always do what is best for the patient. I have had kidney stones for 10 years and finally I have been put on a medication that is supposed to help me and it was Dr. Louie that recommended it. I am very confident that with the help of Dr Louie that I will go a while without having to get a stent or surgery! ????

I am displeased with the service I received from Great River Urology. I was under the impression that patients had the right to be informed of the test that were ordered and needed to give consent for those test. I was told today by Dr. Louie that he could change, add or otherwise modify his orders, and does not need to explain or get consent to perform these orders. And his office/staff will not call patients with changes either. His office requested my co-pay today without even greeting me. Dr. Louie was agitated and very defensive today when I questioned him about the changes in the test.
