Four reviews of inane ranting were left by the same vindictive troll. What kind of delusional person review-bombs a dentist? Thankfully, no intelligent person would take those baseless insults and incoherent accusations seriously anyway. If you would prefer an honest review from a patient of over 10 years, then I am happy to oblige. Dr. Maddalena is a highly skilled, honest and compassionate dentist. I should have no right to a beautiful smile, but thanks to Dr. Maddalena’s expertise, you would never know that I’ve had several root canals, bridgework and crowns. I appreciate that Dr. Maddalena continues to incorporate new technologies and advances in dentistry into his practice. And yes, Dr. Maddalena does it all - from your basic fillings all the way to implants, so there is no running around to different specialists. His office staff are very friendly and efficient. They run on time, and often they will take me in early. Dr. Maddalena has a positive demeanor that will put you at ease… immediately. Even if you have to have complicated work done like I have, you can be sure that Dr. Maddalena will go out of his way to minimize any discomfort. In 10 years, I’ve never left his office in pain. Most importantly, you can tell that Dr. Maddalena truly cares about his patients. The few times when I’ve had an emergency situation, the office staff has always ensured I was able to get in right away. It’s not unusual for Dr. Maddalena to reach out personally just to make sure I’m okay. It’s rare to find a doctor who delivers the kind of personal care that Dr. Maddalena does. A few years ago, I moved about an hour and a half away from Dr. Maddalena’s office. Did I consider changing dentists? Not even for a moment! Even if it means a long drive, the quality of care that I receive from Dr. Maddalena and his staff are worth it.

If I could give zero I would. Sloppy work failed restoration left decay open margins resulting in extractions perio work etc. shame on you

Run fast just had to extract 3 teeth Dr worked on that left decay that couldn’t be fixed. 3 unit bridge started decaying months after insertion. Pain and suffering on my part was horrible. Everything was extracted by an oral surgeon I’m left with a gaping hole and no back teeth. Shame on you!! Careless dentistry.

I was seen by Dr. Maddalena on a Saturday morning due to severe pain in my lower right jaw. We had never met, but his assessment of my condition as forwarded by another dentist (Dr. Defillipis, who shares a partnership with Dr. Maddalena and my long-time provider, was not on call). He did, however contact Dr. Maddalena on my behalf. So, via a three party association, he agreed to see me immediately. He discovered and corrected an error made by a VA dentist the day prior. He performed a route canal that very morning and prescribed an alternate antibiotic. He also provided several packages of two over the counter medications he judged to be most effective for any post-procedural and infection induced pain. He is a consummate professional and treated me with the care I needed based on medical necessity and not on the basis of a prior relationship. He directed me to call his cell phone later in the day to assure the measures taken were effective and called me on a Sunday morning to verify… the continuing decrease of symptoms. His actions reflect the importance of his perceived responsibility to render care when needed.

I love this practice. Genuinely kind, caring and compassionate staff with a great level of expertise.
