Dr. Louis Howard Medved, MD

First time seeing him, left me in treatment room for over 30 min. to go do something so thought he forgot about me and I left. Told receptionist I was leaving, had to be somewhere else. Had another appointment, was 15 min. early, checked in, 45 minutes later still in waiting room, no notification from receptionist if doctor running late or offer to reschedule. Note posted at receptionist desk about time being valuable which must apply to doctor only. Decided to leave but no one at reception desk so just left. No regard for patient's valuable time. Then had the nerve to send me bill for a NO SHOW appointment when I had been waiting for 45 minutes with no acknowledgement that I was even there.

This Dr. and office have little concern for patient health, but rather how much money they can get from insurance companies. Would not recommend to anyone who wants a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor.

Dr. Medved is a great doctor who is very thorough in his examination. I really appreciated how well he listens and explains things. I never felt rushed with him and always feel I’m in competent hands. I highly recommend.

Dr. Medved was wonderful! He knew exactly what he was doing and was very compassionate and encouraging. He made it easier to get through this rough time.

The office had a couple of emergencies, so I was told when I came in that it would be about 45 minutes, but it definitely seemed less than that. The office staff and Dr. were both kind and courteous. Highly recommend.
