Dr. Louis Charles Rosainz, MD

Feb 11 went to surgery center for colonoscopy was there at 7am. They had NO RECORD of me! Had to wait til 9:30 before everything got straightened out - Dr's front office had neglected to send in my info! Now I get a bill from my old insurance company that they aren't going to pay it - of course not - I've had different insurance the past 5 years of which I gave all the info to the front office at appointment. Can't get the billing department to call me back! Too many screw-ups - never going back there!

Feb 11 went to the surgery center for a scheduled colonoscopy by Dr. Rosainz. They never heard of me before. His office had not notified them! Had to wait 2.5 hours! Not acceptable - will find a new dr. for next time!

As always I arrived 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment at 9:30 a.m. I was put in an examining room where I sat unattended for 50 minutes. When Dr. Rosainz came into the room he NEVER gave me the opportunity to ask ANY of my questions but he talked incessantly about what how he wanted to treat me. He told me he was going to call my pharmacy with a “prescription” he did however what he prescribed was an over the counter item that cost me more because it was a script. I am not a complainer by any means but his “treatment” was unconscionable. This “review” is only a blurb of how I feel about him. This was my second visit with him and my last

Dr Rosainze is a great dr , he explaines procedures, is very patient , my husband and I both had colonoscopy ‘s and were cared for excellently, he is a wonderful , warm dr with a beautiful Smile !!

We would always recommend Dr. Rosainz. He is caring and engaging and shows interest in his patients. An excellent doctor.

If you go to Dr Rosainz for a ROUTINE colonoscopy, be sure to get it in writing that this is what he will be performing. I went for a routine visit and was charged for cause thus forcing me to pay 271 out of pocket instead of a covered routine visit under ObamaCare. I contacted billing, his staff, sent him and HCA notarized letters and no adjustments have been made.

Dr Rosainz saved my life! I was bleeding internally. I had a colonoscopy 2 months before I met Dr Rosainz They only found a couple of polyps and sent me home A random blood test found I was bleeding internally somewhere Dr Rosainz did another colonoscopy and found a precancerous Polyp and an AVM which he corterized (Sp?). After three blood transfusions and help from Dr Rosainz I am back home and healthy!!! He's great. Don't hesitate to see him. Again he saved my life!!!
