Dr. Louis Anthony Sanner, MD

Am on narcotics. You are to see 'your doctor'. At this clinic the doctors are on color coded teams. The doctor I was seening was a resident, I believe, anyway, she could not write a prescription. There was always a different doctor writing my Rx. I made the HORRIBLE mistake in thinking it was ok to make an appointment with this MD. He accused me of trying to get more narcotics, I was AT THE SAME CLINIC AND HE WAS ON MY MD'S TEAM. Than he told me I needed to do a drug screen. When I told him I just had done one, the response from him was "Do you want your prescription , than you will go do it". No bother to look in my chart! The attitude I felt is I'M IN CONTROL OF YOU. It was a very degrading appointment. I left that clinic.

- Did not seem interested in having conversations with me about my health, seemed more interested just in proving to me that I was unhealthy. Jumped to conclusions that could have been easily avoided had we just had even the shortest conversation. - Screwed up my chart multiple times, costing me and other clinic staff time. Would tell me one thing, then fail to enter it into the system properly. The guy just can't work an EMR to save his soul. Even had the gall to tell me once that the chart was wrong because *I* had given him incorrect information.

I am grateful and privileged to be his patient. And he wears interesting neckties.

Doctor Sanner is a friendly, compassionate and thorough doctor. He has been my PCP for the last 3 1/2 years. I never feel like he is trying to rush through a visit. He is patient and asks a lot of questions to get a proper diagnosis. On top of all that he has a great sense of humor.

Dr. Sanner is a great doctor who will always remember that patients are more important than money in his pocket. He takes the time to talk with his patients, and helps you to feel comfortable by making sure you understand the specifics of your case.

He is not a good doctor. He thinks he is better than everyone else and doesn't want to answer any questions that you have. He also tries to tell you his opinion about politics - not his place!

Dr. Sanner is an outstanding doctor. Please do not let the prior comments deter you from seeing him. Currently in the process of having those other comments removed due to incorrect information.
