Dr. Louis Kevin Valente, MD

In 2014 I was in great pain in both shoulders, lower Back and neck area between the shoulders. Then Dr. Valente gave me shots in all of the mentioned area that has lasted 8 years, WOW!!!! What a MIRACLE, I am just now beginning to feel that it is time to do it again! Thanks Doc.

Had shoulder pain for 6months and dr valente gave me a shot and I didn’t even feel it. Will go back in a couple of weeks and get back fixed.

Been seeing Dr. Valente for cervical pain and occipital migraines. After countless trips to other Pain Physicians and many, different procedures, Dr. Valentes occipital blocks have helped tremendously with the pain. I was having to take several pain meds on a daily basis and now I can say I have not taken anything except the occasional Excedrin. His bedside manner is very caring, he listens. My last appointment was with Gina his assistant and she is equally as awesome. Granted sometime the wait time can be lengthy but I get it because some of us have multiple issues with questions and they do take the time to explain and answer. It is not a rushed atmosphere. I'm writing on behalf of my mother who recently went to see Dr. Valente despite some bad reviews she's heard/read. She even told him this in the hopes they were false and was seeking pain management for her back. After her initial visit everything seemed fine. She actually recommended a friend to him. Long story short, Dr. Valente now refuses to see my mother and her friend and does not want them as patients at their practice! No reason or explanation what-so-ever!

I have seen Dr Valente for several years for lower back pain. Recently the epidural was not effective. Dr Valente tried another approach. He is relentless in helping to solve patient’s pain.

Greeted by friendly staff, took my info almost immediately, taken by another friendly informative young lady for a pre-visit, then the best; Dr. Valente! I was totally impressed! He inquired, examined and informed! Very knowledgeable, never felt rushed, listened to me, educated and advised. I was extremely happy with his services, a very smart man...

Dr Valente seems to care more about prescribing as many pain meds as possible and punishing the people who really are trying to reduce their intake of these pills.

Called left info asked for. Was told my call would be returned within 24 hours. Called back after four days asked for some response. . Never heard back from them.

I started see Dr. Ball last year for chronic/ongoing neck pain. He is very good at what he does. His nurse Judy is very nice & they answer all my questions. The front desk staff is not the best with their personalities, but really it's only the one girl, the other is very nice. I don't like the long waits that I have, but since I've found Dr. Ball, I will wait. He's a great Dr.

Vallente is a good doctor however his scheduling and care seems a bit chaoitic. The standard waiting time os well over one hour and with the average of 25+ people waiting. Seems more about processing patients in and out than personalism. Opinion, too many patients and needs additional staff to properly serve patients in a timely and reasonable manner.
