Dr Tift is amazing attentive. Most dermatologist push patients through on a factory line. Dr Tift conducts thorough exams and then takes the time needed to explain in detail what procedure is needed. She always follows up post operative procedures with a phone call to ensure your wellness and satisfaction. I'd recommend her to anyone

some doctors nowadays only want insurance money. staff is also a reflection of their doctors. be careful who you choose as your doctor!

This staff needs to learn how to address patients appropriately. They are rude, condescending and are experts at putting you on hold. I had to hear about how busy they were which is why they could not authorize my prescription with the insurance companyâ?¦ after waiting one week. Poor staffing!

Staff is rude and the doctor must book 5 patients for the same time frame. I have had two appointments and both times I had to wait a good amount of time. The second time I waited an hour and finally asked how much longer. The rude administrative assistant said she could not tell they had been backed up all day and the doctor was in surgery. This is after I have waited an bour already. I walked out and will not go back.

Dr Tift is knowledgeable, competent and professional and the staff are generally nice but the wait time is HORRENDOUS...average just to be called from the waiting room after check-in is anywhere from 20-40 mins THEN another 10-20 mins when you get called to an exam room...and they have no parking so stressing about your meter running out and getting a parking ticket doesn't help.

The first time I visited Dr. Tift's office in midtown, I thought the reception staff was unprofessional and rude. However, Dr. Tift's excellent service made the trip worthwhile. I called to make another appointment a few months later. The receptionist was so impatient and short with me that I had to hang up on her! She got annoyed that I was having trouble finding a date that coordinated with the doctor's schedule, and it wasn't until 5 minutes into the call that she rudely 'reminded' me that the doctor is only in this office on Thursdays. I can't even stand the thought of calling back to work with these people. This great doctor is losing patients because of the poor quality of reception staff handling her front desk!
