Don't consider this physician if your wanting a primary care. She doesn't have time in her schedule to see you. You will be referred to a nurse practitioner for your annual wellness exam. If you have an urgent need don't expect to see Dr Cohen, your will maybe see a nurse practitioner.

Please, beware, I do not recommend Dr. Louise A. Cohen, Port Charlotte, Florida, as your primary care physician. Please, read review shown below: Thank you. Oh my goodness - was this office and this physician TERRIBLE. She does not know anything regarding blood test results; nor will she share anything with you. She totally insults you in your office visit with her; showing extremely uncleanliness in performing your exams at her hands. She could not explain anything to you to help you understand your blood test results; nor does she have any recommendations for you? The fact that this office feels, as though it is being run by a group of gossiping teenagers discussing the patient's medical conditions right in the office hallway. Her staff will harassed you during your office visit with Dr. Cohen, if they so desire to do so. This was the most unprofessional doctor's office, I've been to in my lifetime, this physician joins in to discuss private medical conditions with… her staff. Her staff will call you at your home regarding your test results, demeaning you during your conversation with them. Staff members will take you by the hand, harming you, and dragging you out of the physician's office, if they so wish to do, and the physician (Dr. Cohen) does nothing to them. The long list of bad things that this office does to you; I swear, if I was so inclined, I would file a HIPPA complaint. Beware of this physician, she will fabricate documentation to remove you from her doctor services, if she so wishes, and keep bad information about you in your medical file to harm you for life. It appears this physician has no medical knowledge. It appears to me that Dr. Cohen does not care for good, honest individuals, as she wants to harm you for your future. How is she a doctor?

Dr L. Cohen is the most caring and kind Doctor I've ever met. She was persistent with my medical diagnosis and my husband and I are thankful. She l had not seen her for 3 years and today she came out in waiting room to say hello to me. She has compassion. Thank you. Hope all doctors don't loose there vision
