Received 20 units of Botox with zero results. Suggested I get a "booster" ($$$). Receptionist is unfriendly and apathetic.

Unfortunately for me I had laser co2 from Dr. Ferland. Although initially I felt very comfortable with her I thought this would be a good option for my mild skin issues (mainly some wrinkles caused by allergies and aging) Follow up after the procedure was limited. I am now permanently disfigured from the laser treatment she performed on my face, hypo and hyper pigmentation have occurred and its completely destroyed my self esteem. What is really sad is I had only mild aging issues that I have later found out could have been treated very effectively without co2 but with retin a and hydroquinone-all non invasive and safe. DO NOT get co2 from anyone except for extreme cases. It is not safe and what is not explained is the real possibility of fully losing pigment after the treatment which is irreversible and permanent. It also makes you extremely susceptible to hyperpigmentation no matter how much sunscreen you wear. It is not safe. I wish I had known what I know now which is there are… better alternatives out there and in fact a lot of doctors don't use the c02 for the very reasons I stated. Its not safe. Do not do it. I completely regret it. If Dr. Ferland had been truly in my corner she would have advised me against it but I think she was interested in selling a product. One thing I'll say in her defense is that she isn't the only one doing this procedure. From my experience I think it should be banned. Ferland may be good at other treatments but not this one.

Stay away from this doctor she does not care about her patients just how much money she can get!!!!!!!!!!I have permanent damage to my leg and I hert!!!!!!!!!!

She was very rude. The coolsculpting procedure cost around 700 dollars and it did nothing and when I spoke my concerns, she was RUDE about it and even walked out of the room. She had no compassion at all and even raised her voice. Do not go to her!!

Dr. Ferland has performed several surgical procedures for me as well as Botox, Juvederm and coolsculpting. She and her staff are the best. I plan to stay with her and highly recommend her services to anyone, including family and friends. Do yourself a favor and see her for your cosmetic needs.

All she cares about is money she doesn't care if your happy with your outcome at all, if she got your money and your unhappy too bad she won't do anything about it. She has new staff every month, that says a lot of her office. She is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever dealt with. All these great reviews she has are done by her and her staff. I would recommend going to ANY ONE else this doctor is a poor excuse for a surgeon!

Dr. Ferland performed facial surgery for me. She did an absolutely beautiful job!! I have never been happier about the outcome. Her nurse Debbie was so wonderful and helpful. Dr. Ferland and Debbie explained everything so well I had no worries about the procedure. Definitely see dr. Ferland for any cosmetic procedures. She is a real treasure.

Dr. Ferland is extremely talented, professional and cares about giving her patients excellent care. She is extremely skilled. Every procedure she does will be thoroughly discussed and explained to you.She's a great doctor, with a knowledgable and kind staff. I have seen her for the Coolsculpting procedure, botox and juvederm and new breast implants. I would never go to any other doctor.

I have been a pt of Dr Ferlands for several years. She has performed numerous procedures on me. She is kind, compassionate and very skilled. I will continue to see her as a pt and will recommend my friends and family to her.
