While we are very happy with our clinicians and liked Dr. Alamo the treatment by the front office and manager on this last visit left me disgusted. The front office told me after already paying a balance of $64 and our $25 copay that my son Lucca would not be seen unless I paid an additional collection balance of $255. Something we were never warned about. She proceeded to tell me that only your billing office could authorize my son receiving care for anything less than the full collections amount. She said that my sons care being delayed was all my fault since she had already told me to call the billing office. DESPICABLE that during a pandemic your staff would A) deny care to a sick child (who happens to be insured and we always pay what we are told we owe) B) that during a pandemic your front end staff would put him at risk by keeping him In the waiting room for such a long time while we were strong armed to come up $255 dollars for what you couldn’t even explain. HORRIBLE. Never… ever am I bringing my children here again.

have been our children doctor's for few years and she has been great... great bedside manners... she spends a good amount of time in the room and makes my children feel comfortable... i will recommend her to anybody...
