Dr. Lourdes V Andaya, MD

This is the worse doctor I’ve ever been to. They are super slow. No matter when your appointment is you will be there for no less then 2-3 hours. She does not listen to her patients as she is one of those doctors with an I know better then you attitude. She will send you for unnecessary test I even had the doctors who she referred me to for testing ask me why are you here. And they explained that my symptoms would have nothing to do with the test she is sending me for. I can back and explained to her what happened and she got angry at me for not making them do the test anyway. I wasted months trying to get help from her. Worse decision ever to seek treatment from her. Now I got to start from Sasquatch one.

This Dr. Had a smell to her that was unbearable to a patient. It was like a musky smell and she had a bad attitude the entire time. She was very impatient with me after I had to wait 1hr pls for her to see me and then wanted to rush me out of the office. She could have been more up front with me about my wait time also. I will not be returning to this Dr.

I was referred to her years ago and she was excellent in her diagnosis. It was mostly on me to follow up. I have generalized nerve damage from an auto accident. Now I must see her because I am losing feeling in my right hand and it is not carpal tunnel and the condition is becoming unbearable.

What I like about Dr. Andaya, she takes time to explain to you about your condition. If you don't understand something about your meds, she will also take the time to explain. I would recommend others to her. The waiting time to see her is a little to long. She is an excellent doctor.

New position gives little time for practice. Worst reception/secretarial staff!! Excellent doctor though
