She is rude and insensitive. If you fail to keep appointments she will abruptly dismiss you, not advising you herself but advising you through her staff. Her staff is inefficiant, not calling in prescriptions in a timely manner. In Oct., 2021 she increased the Synthroid. Because I waited a reasonable amount of weeks for the med. to arrive, I called the office several times, each time was reassured it would be called in. The prescription was not called in & received until Jan., 2022! My appt. was moved forward one month so that "the labs will show you have been taking it." In other words, the doctor will not know of the staff's negligence. I have not been able to keep appointments due illness (COVID19) and/or injuries, so today I was advised she would not see me anymore. I amsubmitting this review from personal experience.

Very thorough and takes the time to explain disease process. Very professional and compassionate.

I went to Dr. Concha over the course of a year for thyroid issues and I felt that she did not listen to me. She only looked at the lab numbers and didn't pay attention to the symptoms that were still lingering. She didn't bother looking at anything besides the thyroid labs, such as Vitamin D or Iron which plays a big role in helping thyroid patients feel well. Every appointment I left in tears because I felt that I was not heard.
