Not satisfied. Denied to be seen despite having a referral. They don't have an electronic retrieval capability for referral. Was promised they'll take care of it day before my appointment. I was placed by receptionist and nurse in the examination room only to be ushered out and was told that the doctor said she can't see me w/o a referral. I DO have a 3 weeks old referral. It's not my fault they can't retrieve it because of password issue. I have work. I can pay . I am a nurse and a Filipino just like her. I have to take off to see her.She didn't even have the nerve to talk to me personally. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND DR FLORO. Now I'm seeing another doctor and she so amazing, very thorough and that's coming from me who is a nurse for 39 years.

my children who are now in their thirties and myself in my 60 have recommended her and are in awe of her personal interest in the health of each patient. In fact by remembering one of my very sick sons she met in Dr. Driscolls office, Dr. was able to diagnose my daughter fevers as symptom of the same auto-immune disorder. More amazingly because my son wasn't her patient at the time.
