Dr. Lourdes M Guerrero-Tiro, MD

Dr.Guerrero has treated my son with L-transposition for the past 13 years. She has also treated my daughter who had high cholestrol as a young child. She is not only the best doctor that I have ever met,but her compassion to my children is exceptional. She is the only doctor that I have ever dealt with that actually gets on the phone and discusses any questions about my children immediately and returns calls promptly. My children always have felt very comfortable with her and her guidance teaching my children about their healthcare has always given me peace of mine knowing I was one of the lucky ones that I chose her to be our cardiologist.Being a single mother and raising my children without family after relocating from Dallas 15 years ago and being new to the area, she put me at ease immediately upon meeting her. Dr.Guerrero is wonderful at explaining in laymens terms not only to me but through visual diagrams and takes the time to explain it in full detail to my son. My son… will soon be on his fourth pacemaker and he is 17 years old. He runs cross country, golfs, swims, works out at the gym. His quality of life is wonderful and his outlook on life is that he is just any other normal kid, much to Dr. Guerrero's credit. I highly recommend her as well as my Mother would too. My Father is also been a heart patient for 50 years. Your the Best Doctor Guerrero and thank you for knowing there truly are Angels watching over my children because you certainly are one of them.

Dr. Guerrero knew my son since he was in the womb, and loved him since then. She always treated me with courtesy, knowledge of treatment, and sincereity. She wont wake him if he's asleep but gently listens to his heart. She is not intrusive and I have found that I can be very real and open with her. The emotion of how much she cares for patients and their family's is priceless. I can always count on her honesty in dealing with treatment, but at the same time she is positive. We are gratefull to have her and her team.
