Dr. Lourin Nasrallah Chahin, MD

She is a medical detective and found out what was wrong with me and treated me appropriately.

Dr Chahin is the best primary care Dr I have ever had. Since switching drs a few family members have also switched to Dr Chahin and all day the same about her. She also advocates for her patients and spends time with them and doesn’t just rush off. She truly cares about her patients. I work in the same hospital she rounds in and I’ve seen it first hand.

I was referred to Dr. Chahin by a nurse at Beaumont. very thorough and never dismisses a concern you have. I moved my parents to her practice too and they love her. she gives her cell phone to her patients and always calls me back when i have a question. I highly recommend her

Around the first time my mother saw this doctor, this doctor told her the insurance companies prefer people her age be dead. For miner issues that my mom has had, she keeps sending her to another doctor. Dr. Chahin, MD is suppose to be an Internal Medicine Doctor, so why is she sending her to others. Sounds like Dr. Chahin is getting a kick back by sending my mom to others! She should be able to diagnose herself. Sounds lazy!! Also my mom has had off and and bladder infections for quite a few years. She had used a prescribed antibiotic for years that had always worked. Dr. Chahin wanted to send her off to a disease infection doctor or a Neurologist. My mom called requesting her medication she has used in past and ended up waiting 2 days in agony before she finally got this Dr. on the phone. Dr. Chahin just started yelling at my mom on the phone and bullying her. My mom told her she was going to the urgent care. My mom got the prescription she had used for years to get rid… of the infection in bladder. She felt so much better. Since the disrespectful treatment, I prefer my mom to reconsider and look for another physician.

Dr. Chahin happened to be covering for my dr, when I wound up in the hospital. She took much time to listen and developed a treatment plan With me. In everything she did, I knew she truly listened and cared. She is full of compassion and empathy. She is a true gem and a most excellent doctor!!

Dr. Chahin is very caring and will go above and beyond to help you. I met her in Beaumont hospital where she spent all the time needed to explain my condition and what needs to be done in simple terms. my nurse spoke highly of her too.
