Dr. Loveline E Reyes, MD

Very sloppy dentist. Not qualified. Does a poor job on every tooth she worked on. Did not complete any job. Did not come back to double check or to see if her assistant had finished. Had to go back to have her correct all the mistakes. A dental assistant in the office did better work that Reyes. When Reyes came in - she didn't say a word, no apology, tried to correct the mistakes with a grudge, and left without a word. Three teeth still with sloppy work and the damage probably cannot be fixed.

Las Vegas oral pulled the teeth and Dr. Reyes did the partials, they were paid in full by my insurance but it was like pulling teeth for Dr. Reyes to finish the job. The office rescheduled Appts made me wait hours for scheduled Appts and developed an attitude when pressured. Not to mention the poor quality of work on Dr. Reyes part and the lack of time to do the work. In short, had to spend my own money "when I have dental insurance." to another dentist to redo the work. Shame on Las Vegas Oral Surgery for partnering with Dr. Loveline Reyes! And shame on Dr Reyes for her lack of commitment to her patients. In addition if you are going to accept the insurance, accept the responsibility of doing the job "with pride" regardless of the paid amount by the insurance companies, if the dentist agreed to the contract with the insurer don't take it out on the patient. Las Vegas Oral Surgery should pay me for the advice I hope it well help them serve there future patients… better!
