Dr. Lowell Douglas Kennedy, MD

I have never suffered so much with a PM doctor than I have suffered with Dr. Kennedy. He's made inappropriate comments and I've ended up in the hospital BC of him. I think he lacks the knowledge in a field where it its so complex and lacking in knowledge as it is. And, I think if my family didn't intervene or intervening right now he probably could easily have put me six feet under and I wouldn't surprised if he caused deaths or put people in a situation where they ended up with no quality of life. And, I think his ego thinks he has the right to play GOd and thinks he can punish his patients if they slight him in his viewpoint in anyway. He's a terrible doctor and I wouldn't surprised if he was sociopath BC he has no empathy. ] BC, theres no way I am letting him get away with what hes done to me when I am so close to getting a more permanent solution to my situation. Its very sad and hes apart of what makes the American health system so ineffective. If I didn't have… family he could easily have put me in a situation where I could easily deteriorate and possibly die in my sleep at the magnitude of my suffering.

Moved around without warning patients and leaving them in the lurch with their meds. LONG waits in waiting room.

Dr. Kennedy has committed felony perjury in a wide range of cases. I first encountered evidence of his criminal proclivities when reviewing a criminal case in Kentucky. Kennedy testified that he was the director of the University of Kentucky “Chronic Pain Clinic” and that he had written the Kentucky Medical Board’s “Guidelines for the Use of Controlled Substances.” Neither ever really existed. He lists four undergraduate institutions on his CV in a very misleading way, but he never earned any undergraduate degree at all. Kentucky has since changed KRS Chaper 311 such that he could never get a Kentucky license again.

I've been seeing this Dr for the past few months. He has called out 3 times sense I've been seeing him in which one of those appointments was a spinal injection. I've been in sever pain and can't seem to get this resolved. He lowered a dose of one of my medications and said if it doesn't work than I need surgery without even trying the rest of the spinal injections first. Sketchy Dr and am really unhappy with his service. Don't even start seeing this man.

Moves around frequently. He disappeared on me twice without warning.

While the previous review seems difficult to believe, it is true. Don't bother trying to establish any sort of professional relationship with him as he tends to pack his bags and move w/o giving his patients any warning every year or so. Professional ''expert wittness'' at $100,000.00 per trial.
