Dr. Lowell Jay Kleinman, MD

This was supposed to be a SIMPLE annual exam with me...a relatively healthy person on 2 maintenance drugs (that I brought in for refills). Unfortunately, I was billed for an additional visit (that never happened) and both prescriptions were submitted in incorrectly...keep in mind I gave the bottles to Dr. Kleinman and all he had to do is COPY the label. What turns out to be a simple visit is 2 months of calls to remove a fraudulent bill between Memorial Care, my insurance and customer service. Dr. Kleinman handed the problem over to his front staff....which never happened. Perhaps learning how to use the computer system would have solved the problem of billing and prescribing.... On to another doctor.

Dr. Klineman rocks! I always feel like I'm talking to a friend who really cares about how I am doing. Never rushes! Excellent doctor!

He doesn't rush you. Usually starts with a nice chat and then gets busy with diagnosing the issue.He is quick and knows what he is doing. Staff are fully trained and nice (have a nice smile on their face)

Dr. Kleinman is a fine doctor with a great attitude. His staff is friendly, and the wait time is more than satisfactory. Something I really enjoyed was his focus on me. Dr. K didn't seem distracted, or in any kind of a hurry. I got his full, undivided, attention.

Dr Kleinman is very proffessional, caring and informative. I HIGHLY recommend him as a Doctor. We are a family of five and ages 8 to 55. He is great with us all. He takes the time to listen and diagnose the problem. We've never felt rushed. Love him and Christine in his office!

This was my first visit with Dr. Kleinman and I was very happy with him. He seems well trained and was very open to listening to what my problem was and explained the solutions. I am happy that I made the switch to his office.
