Dr. Lowell Andrew Watkins, MD

Dr. Lowell Watkins is an ophthalmologist with additional training in family medicine who has dedicated 44 years to caring for patients. He earned his medical degree from McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and completed his residency training at Baylor College of Medicine.
