Dr. Mrad, medical staff and front desk staff are all wonderful! I have been going to the WVU- CCMH office for over a year now, after driving to Morgantown (4 hr. Drive every 3 months) to manage my migraines for a couple of years. The staff at WVU Morgantown neuro dept. told me I had to see them because MOV did not have a neurologist that could manage Botox treatments for migraines. Then, my friend told me about Dr. Mrad whom she sees for migraine Botox. So, I called his staff directly and asked about switching to them. They quickly got me in for a consultation. I was reluctant to switch because my migraines were finally manageable with my provider in Morgantown after we had spent multiple appts working out a plan/placement that worked best to manage my specific migraines. However, the 4 hr. trip to Morgantown for a 20 minute appt. did not make sense anymore. I’m happy seeing Dr. Mrad. His office staff took care of everything with the switch. It was a bit of a hassle but worth it.… Truthfully this office staff is always helpful and extremely positive, polite and kind.
